Spend about four hours with Irena, a molecular biologist and passionate cook, at Fonda Fish Garden near Portorož. You’ll learn to check fish freshness, clean and fillet seabass, prepare raw seafood safely, and cook a Mediterranean meal. Wine, water, ingredients, equipment, recipes, and dessert are included.
